This month, The Sheffield 1000 are proud to donate £1000 to Baby Basics Sheffield, a charity supporting vulnerable families with essential items for babies and young children.
Founded in Sheffield in 2009, Baby Basics provides clothing, toiletries, equipment and other essentials for children aged five and under. They support a wide range of families, including teenage parents, those seeking asylum, and families fleeing domestic abuse or trafficking.

Working closely with midwives, health visitors and other agencies, Baby Basics ensures families can access trusted support during some of the most challenging periods of their lives. From safe sleeping spaces and warm clothing to nappies, formula and toys, their work helps children stay safe, healthy and supported.

Our donation will help provide essential items for 25 children, making a real difference to families across Sheffield who need extra support.
