This month, The Sheffield 1000 are proud to donate £1000 to Frankie and Teddy’s Wishes, a charity rooted in community, compassion and making a real difference to families across Sheffield.

Inspired by the values of home and togetherness, the charity supports local food hubs, food banks and families in need, providing essential food parcels directly to those who need them most. They also reach out to people experiencing homelessness, offering warm clothing, blankets and food through night outreach.

A huge part of their work focuses on supporting children and families with Special Educational Needs and disabilities, as well as bringing moments of joy to those going through difficult times. Through fundraising events and community support, they aim to lift people up and create meaningful, lasting impact.

Our donation will help grant wishes for children who have been unwell or are facing challenging circumstances, as well as provide vital stock for the S2 and S12 community pantries they regularly support.
